Governance

According to Krishna Kripa Trust Constitution, all executive powers lie with the Author and the trustee. It is the final body, which provides guidance and approval on all policy matters. The general disposal and management of the immovable property and other major assets of the organization rests only with the Board of Trustees (since Krishna Kripa Trust is also registered as a Trust,) The Advisory Council consisting of members and citizens drawn from different walks of life, and from the community provides wide ranging advice to the Trust on numerous issues. However, in the actual functioning of the organization and these above bodies, the substantive determination of policy and direction lies with the Trust Board of Krishna Kripa Trust since the ethos of the organization is to respond to grassroots initiatives.
